{"id":2205,"date":"2018-03-15T10:44:00","date_gmt":"2018-03-15T09:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/pretarse-atencion-elegir-evaporador\/"},"modified":"2019-11-07T12:17:54","modified_gmt":"2019-11-07T11:17:54","slug":"sha-considerar-per-triar-evaporador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/ca\/sha-considerar-per-triar-evaporador\/","title":{"rendered":"Qu\u00e8 s\u2019ha de considerar per triar un evaporador"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En general, hi han clares difer\u00e8ncies en la refrigeraci\u00f3 i es categoritzen en les s\u00e8ries d&#8217;evaporadors comercials i industrials que s&#8217;utilitzen.<\/p>\n<p>En un evaporador es requereixen els seg\u00fcents requisits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intervals de temps prolongats entre els cicles de desgla\u00e7.<\/li>\n<li>Baixa formaci\u00f3 de gel o baixa quantitat de condensat.<\/li>\n<li>Temperatura constant a la cambra.<\/li>\n<li>Temperatures constants d&#8217;evaporaci\u00f3 \/ sortida de l&#8217;aire.<\/li>\n<li>Baix consum d&#8217;energia del ventilador.<\/li>\n<li>Distribuci\u00f3 \u00f2ptima d&#8217;aire o tir llarg (fletxa) de l&#8217;aire.<\/li>\n<li>Cicles de desgebre baixos per reduir l&#8217;entrada de calor a la cambra.<\/li>\n<li>Per a productes refrigerats sense empaquetar, la menor remoci\u00f3 d&#8217;humitat possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si es desitja complir completament amb els requisits en l&#8217;escala, s&#8217;han de fer les seg\u00fcents consideracions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En evaporadors es t\u00e9 en compte el tipus de geometria de tubs que es distingeix entre divisi\u00f3 Portell i Lineal.<\/li>\n<li>En el pas Portell, els tubs estan ubicats de forma triangular, en comparaci\u00f3 amb el lineal, en aquesta es troben de forma quadrada (vegeu la il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3).<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;objectiu del pas Portell, \u00e9s aconseguir una major turbul\u00e8ncia, el que augmenta significativament l&#8217;intercanvi de calor entre l&#8217;aleta i el flux de massa d&#8217;aire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A primera vista, aix\u00f2 sembla perfecte, ja que pot augmentar significativament l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;intercanviador de calor.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2195 size-large\" src=\"\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-01-1024x421.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"421\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-01-1024x421.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-01-300x123.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-01.jpg 1461w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-01-300x123@2x.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Permeteu-nos mostrar aix\u00f2 amb una geometria real, que en aquest cas pot ser de 55 x 27.5 mm en el pas Portell i de 55 x 55 mm al alineat, cadascun amb un tub central de 58&#8243;.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2196 size-large\" src=\"\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-02-1024x588.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"588\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-02-1024x588.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-02-300x172.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-02.jpg 1045w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-02-300x172@2x.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cal assenyalar que en la divisi\u00f3 Portell de 55 x 27.5 mm, es calcula amb un nombre menor d&#8217;aletes que en la divisi\u00f3 alineada de 55 x 55 mm.<\/p>\n<p>En una inspecci\u00f3 m\u00e9s detallada, tamb\u00e9 es troba que amb la geometria de 55 x 27.5 mm, les dist\u00e0ncies i per tant els passos d&#8217;aire entre els tubs a la direcci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aire, com podrem adonar-nos, en la divisi\u00f3 Portell a separacions de aprox. 11 mm, mentre que en la divisi\u00f3 alineada es troben a aprox. 38.5 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Un aspecte important, \u00e9s la difer\u00e8ncia de temperatura entre la superficial de l&#8217;aleta i la ambient que correspon a la temperatura d&#8217;entrada de l&#8217;aire en l&#8217;evaporador (veure imatge) i responsable de la quantitat de condensat generat com tamb\u00e9 la formaci\u00f3 de gebre i humitat .<\/p>\n<p>Suposem que en les dues geometries (Portell i Lineal) ambdues reben la mateixa quantitat d&#8217;aire amb una temperatura d&#8217;evaporaci\u00f3 de -7 \u00b0C amb entrada d&#8217;aire de 0 \u00b0C \/ 85% humitat relativa (en aquest cas, el material de la canonada no \u00e9s rellevant per al nostre exemple). Aix\u00f2 d\u00f3na com a resultat, en la divisi\u00f3 Portell (Triangular) a causa de les dist\u00e0ncies m\u00e9s curtes als tubs adjacents, una temperatura superficial m\u00e9s elevada en les aletes. Depenent clarament de la resist\u00e8ncia del material, la temperatura de la superf\u00edcie de l&#8217;aleta que es troba prop de la canonada seriosa -6,5 \u00b0C i al centre de l&#8217;aleta entre dos tubs a aproximadament -5,9 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 d\u00f3na com a resultat una temperatura superficial de l&#8217;aleta amb una mitjana aproximada de -6,2 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>En el cas de les divisions alineades (Quadrada), les temperatures de la superf\u00edcie de l&#8217;aleta s\u00f3n molt m\u00e9s baixes en difer\u00e8ncia que a la divisi\u00f3 Portell, a causa de les majors dist\u00e0ncies entre les canonades, tenen un valor mitj\u00e0 de sol &#8211; 5 \u00b0C .<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed tamb\u00e9 es pot prendre en compte una major superf\u00edcie d&#8217;aletes en la bateria.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 d\u00f3na com a resultat que en les divisions alineades oposada a les divisions Portell, es demostri una difer\u00e8ncia de temperatura menor, entre la temperatura d&#8217;entrada de l&#8217;aire i la temperatura de la superf\u00edcie de l&#8217;aleta.<\/p>\n<p>En l&#8217;exemple anterior, es demostra el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<thead>\n<tr><\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n<td><strong>Divisio\u0301 Alineada<\/strong><\/td>\n<td><strong>Divisio\u0301 Portell<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Temperatura d&#8217;evaporaci\u00f3<\/td>\n<td>-7 \u00b0C<\/td>\n<td>-7 \u00b0C<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Temperatura entrada<\/td>\n<td>0 \u00b0C<\/td>\n<td>0 \u00b0C<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Humetat relativa<\/td>\n<td>85%<\/td>\n<td>85%<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Temperatura mitjana superf\u00edcie aleta<\/td>\n<td>-5 \u00b0C<\/td>\n<td>-6,2 \u00b0C<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Difer\u00e8ncia de temperatura determinada<\/td>\n<td>5K<\/td>\n<td>6,2 K<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<tr><\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusi\u00f3: <\/strong>At\u00e8s que la divisi\u00f3 alineada t\u00e9 m\u00e9s superf\u00edcie d&#8217;intercanvi que la divisi\u00f3 Portell, aix\u00f2 implica el mateix consum d&#8217;energia en els dos casos, a causa de la major massa utilitzada (= major superf\u00edcie d&#8217;intercanvi) del material de l&#8217;aleta, implica a les divisions alineades temperatures superficials m\u00e9s baixes i una corresponent difer\u00e8ncia de temperatura. En general, com m\u00e9s gran sigui la difer\u00e8ncia de temperatura, major ser\u00e0 la quantitat de condensat.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, en la divisi\u00f3 Portell es pot esperar amb una quantitat significativament major del condensat, a causa de la major dispersi\u00f3 de les temperatures.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed s&#8217;esmenta, que la difer\u00e8ncia de temperatura entre la temperatura d&#8217;entrada de l&#8217;aire i la temperatura superficial de l&#8217;aleta no s&#8217;ha de confondre amb la difer\u00e8ncia de temperatura entre la temperatura d&#8217;entrada de l&#8217;aire i la temperatura d&#8217;evaporaci\u00f3, que \u00e9s de 7 K en aquest exemple.<\/p>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3 de gebre en temperatures sota els 0 \u00b0C a l&#8217;evaporaci\u00f3 i la temperatura de la cambra, es realitzen de manera desordenada (ca\u00f2tica). No obstant aix\u00f2, es pot afirmar clarament que la formaci\u00f3 de gebre passa m\u00e9s r\u00e0pidament en les superf\u00edcies amb les temperatures m\u00e9s baixes, per tant, hi ha una major formaci\u00f3 de gebre especialment a l&#8217;\u00e0rea dels tubs, els anomenats pantalons de les aletes que s\u00f3n aquells que creen el contacte t\u00e8rmic entre el tub i l&#8217;aleta, en la majoria dels casos defineix aquest pantalons el pas d&#8217;aleta (mm).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2197 size-large\" src=\"\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-03-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-03-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-03-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-03.jpg 1067w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-03-300x169@2x.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2198 size-large\" src=\"\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-04-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-04-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-04-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-04.jpg 1067w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-04-300x169@2x.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Com es va esmentar a la fila anterior, les sortides d&#8217;aire entre els tubs en el pas Portell en el nostre exemple demostren una dist\u00e0ncia de nom\u00e9s 11 mm, mentre que en el pas alineat es troben a una dist\u00e0ncia de 38,5 mm de tub a tub .<\/p>\n<p>En el pas Portell es forma r\u00e0pidament una quantitat de gel que sol bloquejar en un curt cicle el petit conducte d&#8217;aire de 11 mm. Aix\u00f2 provoca una reducci\u00f3 dr\u00e0stica en la recirculaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aire que demostra un augment de pressi\u00f3 intern a l&#8217;intercanviador de calor que correspon d&#8217;igual manera a l&#8217;ascendent temperatura d&#8217;evaporaci\u00f3 que en un cas \u00f2ptim es pot instal\u00b7lar un DOD (defrost on demand) que determina el cicle ideal de l&#8217;desgebre. En el cas de la divisi\u00f3 alineada tindria suficient \u00absortida d&#8217;aire\u00bb disponible amb una mateixa quantitat de gebre, sense que la temperatura d&#8217;evaporaci\u00f3 augment\u00e9s o s&#8217;inici\u00e9s cont\u00ednuament el desgla\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha de considerar que a causa de la menor difer\u00e8ncia de temperatura a la divisi\u00f3 alineada es genera menys condensat i, per tant, es requereix un temps major per a produir la mateixa quantitat de condensat o gebre que en la divisi\u00f3 Portell.<\/p>\n<p>En les canonades m\u00e9s curtes en separaci\u00f3 i amb una simult\u00e0nia formaci\u00f3 de gebre ens trobem amb un impacte extremadament negatiu en la distribuci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aire de la cambra de refredament.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;augmentar la formaci\u00f3 de gebre, la quantitat d&#8217;aire \u00e9s redu\u00eft exponencialment i aix\u00f2 provoca caigudes dr\u00e0stiques en el tir d&#8217;aire i naturalment un consum m\u00e9s elevat d&#8217;energia per part dels ventiladors.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2199 size-large\" src=\"\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-05-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-05-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-05-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-05.jpg 1067w, https:\/\/www.ilerfred.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/ilerfred-evaporador-05-300x169@2x.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Per tant, en moltes zones de la c\u00e0mera de refredament no es troba prou flux d&#8217;aire distribu\u00eft, d&#8217;aquesta manera ens trobem amb diferents zones de temperatura que han de classificar-se en la majoria dels casos com una amena\u00e7a per als productes refrigerats.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;aquesta manera, cal assenyalar que:<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<thead>\n<tr><\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/td>\n<td><strong>Divisio\u0301 Alineada<\/strong><\/td>\n<td><strong>Divisio\u0301 Portell<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Superf\u00edcie amb la mateixa pot\u00e8ncia<\/td>\n<td>Major<\/td>\n<td>Menor<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Temperatura mitjana superf\u00edcie aleta<\/td>\n<td>Menor<\/td>\n<td>Major<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Condensat \/ Gebre com a resultat<\/td>\n<td>Menor<\/td>\n<td>Major<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Cicles de desgla\u00e7 en un mateix per\u00edode<\/td>\n<td>Infreq\u00fcent<\/td>\n<td>Freq\u00fcent<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Consum d&#8217;energia per desgebre<\/td>\n<td>Menor<\/td>\n<td>Major<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Temps de funcionament dels compressors<\/td>\n<td>Infreq\u00fcent<\/td>\n<td>Freq\u00fcent<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Temps execuci\u00f3 de Ventiladors \/ Consum<\/td>\n<td>Menor<\/td>\n<td>Major<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Distribuci\u00f3 d&#8217;aire i tir llarg<\/td>\n<td>Segur<\/td>\n<td>Inestable<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>P\u00e8rdua de pes a causa de la deshidrataci\u00f3 dels productes refrigerats<\/td>\n<td>Menor<\/td>\n<td>Major<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Risc de cremades per congelaci\u00f3<\/td>\n<td>Menor<\/td>\n<td>Major<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<tr><\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusi\u00f3: <\/strong>Des del punt de vista del preu del producte, la divisi\u00f3 Portell est\u00e0 clarament en avantatge, per\u00f2, a causa de les descarades desavantatges en la seva aplicaci\u00f3 amb el pas Portell ens trobem en els productes refrigerats sense empaquetar i \/ o aplicacions a baixa temperatura, estrictament desaconsellables per raons comercials.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;ha demostrat que el cost addicional de la divisi\u00f3 alineada 55 x 55 mm, per les seves avantatges esmentats anteriorment &#8211; respecte a les diferents aplicacions &#8211; ser\u00e0 amortitzada la seva inversi\u00f3 en un m\u00e0xim de 7 mesos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ILERFRED, <\/strong>compromesos amb l&#8217;efici\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En general, hi han clares difer\u00e8ncies en la refrigeraci\u00f3 i es categoritzen en les s\u00e8ries d&#8217;evaporadors comercials i industrials que s&#8217;utilitzen.
